惠譽-台北/香港/新加坡-2010年7月29日：惠譽國際信用評等公司今日授予安泰商業銀行(安泰銀行)已發行在外總額新台幣161.8億元之無擔保主順位金融債券國內長期評等‘A-(twn)’。惠譽授予此債券之國內長期評等與安泰銀行國內長期評等為同一評級，且係根據惠譽對金融機構發行無擔保主順位金融債券之評等準則。
安泰銀成立於1992年，為一小型民營銀行，成立初期宏泰集團為最大股東並指派管理人員。該行在2001年至2006年間遭受大額信用損失，且面臨資本不足問題。來自香港的私募基金－隆力集團(Longreach Group)在2007年以現金挹注新台幣188億元，並成為該行最大股東(持有60%股份)，次大股東為宏泰集團(持有26%股份)。

Note to editors: Fitch’s National ratings provide a relative measure of creditworthiness for rated entities in countries with relatively low international sovereign ratings and where there is demand for such ratings. The best risk within a country is rated ‘AAA’ and other credits are rated only relative to this risk. National ratings are designed for use mainly by local investors in local markets and are signified by the addition of an identifier for the country concerned, such as ‘AAA(twn)’ for National ratings in Taiwan.
